Crystals were created as the earth was formed. New forms of crystals are being discovered even today. All crystals have a story to tell as they have the Earth’s DNA containing records of the development of the Earth over millions of years. They contain the memory of the powerful forces that once shaped them.
Some crystals have been exposed to vast pressure, some grew in chambers deep under the Earth’s crust, some were formed on layers, others just dripping into existence, others formed from the gasses and molten minerals in the Earths centre. Forces that are affecting the World today, such as pollution from chemicals, radiation, earth and solar emissions, will have an effect on the way crystals evolve. Whichever way a crystal is formed, will effect the way it functions – their individual crystalline design can absorb, preserve, focus and transmit energy.
Through all of this, each crystal formation has its own ‘message.’ Formed out of a collection of minerals, a crystal is defined by its internal structure that is unique to its species. Each unique species of crystal then often forms in different colours that then has extra properties.
At the heart of a crystal is the atom and its component parts. An atom is powerful, consisting of particles rotating around a centre in constant motion, vibrating at a certain frequency. This is what gives a crystal its energy.
